Can you even imagine? This picture is suppose to be from one of the famous Wal Mart Shoppers pictures. If so, would you not have called the police? I can't even imagine anyone doing this unless it was a prank to upset people like me. Even then, think of all the germs on that floor. Would you put you baby on a public floor like that? Are people really that ignorant? I am definitely having a moment over this one.
